  • What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

    If there is a problem with the order, please contact us at customerservice@oldeworlderemedies.com or through our “Contact Us” section of the site. Please describe in detail what the issue is. If an item is not the correct size or damage has occurred in shipping, we will gladly exchange the item if we are notified within 14 business days of your receipt of the item.

    Please wait until you hear back from us before shipping the item back. Be sure to include the following in the package:
    * A copy of the original invoice
    * A note stating what needs to be done (i.e. the size needed or if the item you received is damaged)
    * Please include the correct amount of shipping for us to send the replacement out to you in either the form of a check or money order made payable to the owner, Patty Graham. (We will calculate this and provide it to you before you ship the item back to us.)

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We ship internationally, with the exception of the following countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Saudi Arabia and Syria. We will NOT do business in countries that permit terrorists to reside within their borders.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  • The Olde Worlde Remedies checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. We also offer credit card payment through Simplify Commerce by Mastercard. We also offer payment using your existing Amazon account.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    1. I can plan to meet you if you are local to the New Philadelphia – Dover, Ohio area. Just go ahead and place the order and after we meet, I will refund the shipping.
